Because we know how important it is to trust our brand and our products, we have our own spare parts warehouse and we assure delivery anywhere in the world by means of international courier. 

In order to identify the necessary part, you have to indicate the product type and the serial number of production. These information can be found on the identification label attached on the side of the boiler, as well as on the documentation of the product.

Warranty is valid only if comissioning of the boiler is performed by an Authorized Thermostahl Partner. The duration  of the equipment warranty is 36 months from the commissioning (but not more than 38 months from the invoice date) for pressure parts (boiler body) and 24 months from the commisioning (but not more than 26 months from the invoice date) for  the rest of the components and equipment, in accordance with the conditions presented in  the General Warranty Conditions.
